Shirt of the Elder seems expensive for 2 MB for a +3 Will Save. There are rares (Bead of Cleric's Piety, Charm of Enlightment, Crown of Iron Will, Ring of Iron Will) that provide +4 and 1 rare that does a +3 (Earcuff of Enlightenment). I think the power is fine just the cost of 2 MB seems high compared to other 3 point transmutes. I could not find a single 3 point transmute requiring 2 MB.

4th level Monks are already immune to non-magical missiles.

On the topic of URs in relic & legendary recipes.
There are 20 URs in the main set. Of those, four are locked in (🔒) to four relic recipes because of the writing on the token that specifically says it can be transmuted.

Now we're down to 16.

Generally speaking, I like to avoid using set items in a recipe. I know there are a number of exceptions to this quasi-rule, but for the most part, I try to stick with it.

Now we're down to 12. (three Death Knight and one Lucky)

Jeff pledged that none of the Ioun Stone <precious metal> Nuggets would be transmutable.

Now we're down to 11.

Three of the URs are just too perfect (✨) to not include in a specific recipe. (If you know who Ashenne and Psyferre are, then you know why these two must be together.)

Now we're down to 8.

Shirt of the Nimble will be used in a future recipe, so that's out.

Now we're down to 7.

That means we have three slots and seven things to fill those slots with. Here are the seven:

• Charm of the Faerie
  not very clericy or magey, is it
• Cranston's Helpful Hat
  not very clericy or magey
• Nightshade's +2 Throwing Dagger
  Not very magey and definitely not clericy
• Pants of Focus
  very magey and very clericy, but probably also very popular as a UR
• Ring of Expertise
  very magey and clericy, even though clerics can't use it
• Ring of the Siren
  very magey, somewhat clericy
• Shield of the Scholar
  fairly magey and clericy

If you discount the ingredients that would be unthematic or undesirable, that kind of leaves us with three.

Assuming you agree with my assessments above (I acknowledge you very well may not), of these three tokens:
• Ring of Expertise
• Ring of the Siren
• Shield of the Scholar
which one should go into Ashenne’s Arch-Mage Medallion and which two should go into Druegar’s Sacred Necklace?

For reference, the names of all the 2021 relics and legendaries are listed below, along with what URs they currently contain.

I will agree with the several posts so far saying the Figurine of Power transmutes should have the GP costs removed as they were not part of the recipies Jeff posted several months ago.

The Volunteer tokens read:

"+5 to max hps" & "+3 to max hps"

But IS Sunstone Shard and IS Elfstone Shard read:

"+5 to max hp" & "+10 to max hp"

I assume it's just a typo and too late to fix.

I love that Charm.of the Faerie made it into a legendary recipie.

I would like to see Ring of the Siren added back to (probably) Ashenne's Arch-Mage Medallion, in lieu of Ring of Expertise

Alternatively ot could replace shield of the Scholar in Druegar's Sacred Medallion.

Reason: both tokens I suggested replacing will be in far higher demand than ring of the Siren (i suspect).
A newer player pulling a Ring of the Siren would have more success trading it away for items they need if the Ring of the Siren were a legendary ingredient.

I, like many others, am pleased by the removal of Golden fleece from the skull recipie, but I (unlike others) wouldn't mind if it made its way back.

Could we add Ioun Stone Charoite Cuboid or Ioun Stone Sunstone Shard to the Ioun Stone Elfstone Shard recipie? A little bonus for full time volunteers?

Edited to account for an association I was not aware of.

Also, I find Charm of the Faerie, with its ability to grant "flight" or "levitate" as fairly "Mage-ey"

I think using Rod of the Meek and Axe of the Dwarvish Kings is perfect. These weapons are both situationally good, so I like the option to eat some up in a legendary.

Sacred Necklace:
Ring of Quick Blessing makes perfect sense.

Druegar’s:
Choosing Shield of the Scholar and Ring of the Siren targets two less desirable URs, perfect.

Mage Medallion:
Yep, it has to start at MEC.

Ashenne’s:
I think this should use Charm of the Faerie because it is one of the least desirable URs not yet used. The second UR should be either Ring of Expertise or Pants of Focus, I am not sure which is better to include so I am happy with either choice.

Skull of Cavadar:
Please remove the Golden Fleece. Jeff promised a reduction of GF in costs and we had an unexpected event that decreased the MBs going out into the supply of players. If it will be required, please give a strong design explanation for why and what justified the change from the original plan. It already hurts to lose the event in 2021 and then to hear the interaction with Semi-Lich Skull, please stop kicking us in the teeth (of Cavadar).
I would also love to see an option for the 7 teeth plus one psychic imbuer in lieu of trade tokens or one last chance to reconsider the interaction with those tokens.

Shield of the scholar is undesirable? News to me. Not only were there lots of requests for reprint, but our group spent a fair amount of time tracking one down (prior to the reprint of course).

I’d prefer to see the shield pulled out of the transmute and replaced by charm of the faerie or psyferre’s , both of which are likely to be less popular overall. That should leave more shields around long term for people to pickup.

I expect Psyferre’s to be one of the most popular: it is a slot expander and deals damage.

(Obviously Plat Nugget first, then named tokens - Nightshade’s, Cranston’s, and Psyferre’s, obviously all URs that are part of transmutes will see a boost in popularity - including shirt, then the set tokens, and then there should be one leftover token)

Don't get me wrong, I have no issue with someone liking what they like. I just find it curious.

The MAJOR difference is the Figurine is an Instant Action. The spectacles were saddled with being a Free Action. Free Actions are in short supply for caster classes and every year, it gets worse.

Ring of the Siren I think is very undesirable for any character due to it's extremely niche use cases and it's Wizard focused. I'd say it would be a much better transmute option for the Wizard legendary. Just use 2 rings for the legendary necklace.

Having a few floating around for niche builds is a good thing but generally speaking they are going to be found in excess. So having them added to the Wizard Legendary would be helpful
