And the flip side to that good advice is: if your handwriting looks like chicken scratch--or you're an MD--please use the printed labels.

Just dropped off my transmutes at the PO. Sorry to see that 2-day priority shipping has become four day priority shipping (my package expected to arrive Friday). I know how awesome the TD exchange staff/vols are, so we’ll see if I get my tokens back in time for VTD4c - depends on the post office!

These are amazing. I sort and bag stuff that will become trade goods as I get it, and use these labels as I do. This way I'm packaging things using the official TD labels to make it as easy as possible on them, but it's half an hour after every TD weekend instead hours and hours and hours when I eventually decide to send stuff in. All you need is a spreadsheet where you keep a count of what you've got bagged so you know what to put in the order form when you do send in.

Definitely tape every inch of the box. It's a pain, but it helps.
Classes Played: Barbarian (65 times), Monk (56), Ranger (33), Rogue (25), Cleric (21), Fighter (13), Druid (12), Paladin (11), Dwarf Fighter (10), Bard (7), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2)

I have been using Stoner's trade good labels I don't remember how long. I don't print the ones with the order unless I am transmuting for something besides trade goods. Why? Because with the 25 same rarity allowance there are usually too many labels for what I am shipping. With stoner's I have a supply that I just use. Every so often I run out of 1 label and just print that page.
You either discover a star or you don't. You arrogant punk.

This feels like a pointed suggestion....

A few hints I learned from years of shipping and moving things.

“Tight is right”

If it’s tight, the package moves as one. Think of a brick. If you shake it and it makes noise, add more filler and shake again.

Tip: if you know you’re packaging for a medium or large box, you can just sharpie on the outside of the small flare rate box what is inside and in what quantities, and then seal it when it is full.

I place stacks in the box until I have 7 sets of 25 tokens. Then I mark them and seal the box.

Pretty much the same idea

I noticed the same thing. Feels like BS to me. Their performance is probably tracked by a metric of "percentage of deliveries on time". The metric probably looked so bad that their solution was just to double the expected time to deliver. Problem solved. The problem with that kind of metric is that it means nothing to your customers. As a customer, do I really care if they deliver as expected? I just want to know how long it will take to get there and 4 days for a priority package is not reasonable to me (especially when its being shipped to a neighboring state).

I mailed mine on Monday around 4:15 PM. It was delivered today (Wednesday) at 1:27 PM (less than two days) I shipped it Priority mail in a flat rate box with max insurance. Maybe they didn't want to hold such a hot potato for too long.
