Thanks, Trent! That does help. I'm a bit unclear if the other people can just put their orders in electronically, or if I have to include paper copies of their orders with my order (which will require a bit more work since several of us live in different towns/states).

I think the link Trent sent you answers the question. Levels rewards are not transmutes you just order them through the store. There isn't a transmute sheet to fill out. Unless you are asking something that I am not following.

If you and your adventuring partner(s) want to reduce your shipping costs for Level Rewards, we can accommodate that. When more than one person wants to combine shipping for a Level Reward, this is how to do it:

1. Before anyone places any order, the players need to determine who the items will be shipped to. We'll refer to the person who is to receive all the items as the Primary.
2. Each player places their own order for the item(s) they need--preferably at nearly the same time.
3. Every non-Primary player needs to put in the Notes field that they would like their order to be shipped to the Primary. Be certain to include the Primary's name and mailing address. They don't all have to email us, simply putting it in the Notes field is fine.
4. The Primary also needs to put in a note saying the other order(s) should be shipped with their order.
   Note: The Primary cannot just say, "Ship these other orders to me." Unless the secondaries also indicate their order is to ship together, we cannot combine them.
5. When we ship the items, we'll refund all but the Primary's shipping charges.

We ask folks to do it this way so our order system knows when a person has claimed their Level Reward.

If a secondary's order also includes transmutes, we'll need a hardcopy of that. I have a 10x Dwarven Steel token that I need to break down into ten Dwarven Steel tokens. What do I select to do that?

i'll switch it out for you. do you have any untransmuted gp to swap in addition?

I've done a few trade downs before and selected the number of singles on the transmute order and then packaged the 10x chip separately with the relevant paper note (10 individual slips). Hope that helps!

Thanks for the offer, but I need to send in for a Transmute along with the Steel. But I'll keep you in mind for other trade goods.

From what I remember you just include the 10x chip and TD makes change for it.

Probably smart to include a note on the transmute form

1. Order ten (1x) Dwarven Steel tokens
2. In one bag, place your one 10x Dwarven Steels token and one "Dwarven Steel" slip with "x10" handwritten on the slip.
   Please do not put ten slips in the bag!
3. Send in the bag along with any other token exchanges you may be doing. Or not, if this is your only exchange, that's totally fine.
