TOPIC: "4C" Transmute for 2022?

Now that the token discussion is starting, wanted to add this to the mix for 2023 to make sure there was time to discuss it before anything gets sent off to the printers, to make sure it could be a possibility for the next set, since it has been 4 years since the lucky bead.

Also wondering the same thing. Also should we start saving the 22 bits for a future transmute?

Hopefully only the 8 from the 2022 collection, of which I’m still missing the same trophy from 3 potential sets

I could be wrong, but I think Jeff (or Druegar) already made a statement regarding the 4C transmute. Said maybe next year from what I remember.

Yeah as I recall it was a little vague...just trying to know what years of MB are safe to turn into Golden Fleece and which ones to hang on to.

i remember something also, but after wrapping myself in fleece, i'm a little fuzzy.

Jeff mentioned that only years with in-person events would qualify, so I am keeping bits from 2021 and 2022 onward, but a clarification would be helpful.

I'm hanging onto everything until the next 4c gets announced. Still hoping there is something to do with those vtd bits. Some folks have farmed quite a few sets and Im still have trouble wrapping my head around years of useless bits.

I thought I heard somewhere that nothing prior to this year would be part of a transmute due to it not being fair to people who didn't play VTD. Maybe I just imagined it. Or maybe it was in one of Trent's interviews with Jeff. I may have to go back and replay the last few.

It's in one of the 2023 development threads but I can't find it. Druegar had said they might do a fun one, but once token development got started Jeff said the plans to make a 4c had to be scrapped due to covid. That is just the latest, we all know how things can change. Please someone find the post and quote it here, If it holds true I believe that means 2020 and 2021 monster bits are useless besides the recipes they are already in.
