Rangers can now off-hand wield +1 Spear of Seth in one hand.
Rangers can now wield Spear of Seth in their off-hand .

Looking into the Ranger Off-Hand rule, since I always forget. Should the following be true?

• +1 Mithral Long Sword and Spiked Buckler should NOT be tagged with Ranger Off-Hand since Rogue is not in their Usable By classes.
• Brawler's Horn and Orb of Might are usable by all classes, but not all of them can use them as a weapon. Does that disqualify them from being tagged with Ranger Off-Hand (as they are currently)? The PHB refers to weapons for this rule, but I'm unsure if it applies to "sometimes weapons"

The general rule for determining whether a weapon can be used by a ranger in their off-hand is that the weapon must be usable by both a ranger and a rogue.

But another general rule is whenever a token contradicts a general rule, go with what the token says. +1 Mithral Long Sword, Spiked Buckler, Brawler's Horn, and Orb of Might all say on the token that they can be used by a ranger in their off-hand.

I think the decision was made last year to limit polymorph to just Druids. However, I notice that the TDb still lists Wizards under Polymorph Potions and Shaman's Belt. Should that be revised to just Druids?

Tokendb entry for Scroll Scirocco says 2 force damage to all monsters, but text on token says 4 damage.

Obviously the decision was not retroactive. The level 5 Elf Wizard card still gives bonuses to polymorph for crying out loud.

Due to the set bonus which changes how Sneak Attack damage is multiplied with critical hits. Although I would understand not including it on all of the items (since it requires the set bonus), or only on the weapons (since the effect requires one of the weapons to be used).

The Holy Symbol of Aset is missing the "one holy symbol" per adventure text.
