I had no idea this happened. I typically just filter the view to the number of "available" tickets I need and don't see if a time slot disappears. That is interesting...I'll try the other views on the next VTD. Thank you for the insight.

Out of 80 original runs on Sat and Sun only 63 ended up being offered. A lower number than earlier VTDs. Suspect 9b will even be less due to expenses with auctions and in person cons.

Didn't they say the next set of VTD won't have repeat Dungeons? That would solve the problem of low ticket sales on repeat VTD.

Don’t recall about VTD for 2023. Wait until folks start voicing not being able to get XP since only offered one weekend. Also glut of trade goods and saturation of market means treasure is viewed as less valuable and results in folks doing less runs.

Since completion tokens next year are same regardless of difficulty I plan to do just two of each run with one at normal (not as part of normal only run times) for fun and one at epic for fun and XP.

I plan on doing just one of each run at GENCON, just like the old days. :)

Does this mean at Gen-Con you can do all the VTD dungeons there ?

He most likely means on of each physical run offered. I don't think it would be logistically possible to offer virtual runs there.

About the best you could hope for would be if one of the runs was a theme matched best of style thing that gave you xp if you had not done all the virtuals. Kind of like Odins haven it's way to soon to say if anything like that will happen.

Makes more sense, with how many VTD are fun I wouldn’t think it would be possible to have all of them at Gen-Con

No, you can't do VTD Dungeons at any in-person events. We're not doing VTD dungeons anymore, we're just doing the in-person GENCON Dungeons once each. Although we only did two Dungeons at GENCON last year because we weren't able to get tickets for the third Dungeon. Which is a shame, because I heard it was amazing. We'll also plan on doing any Dungeons we can at Carbondale events, we haven't missed one of those yet. :)

You had mentioned you weren’t able to get a ticket for the 3rd dungeon at GENCON. I would like to make sure I can run all of them at least once if not 2-3 times

I got pairs of tickets to all 3 very last minute this past year. I would recommend using the ticket trackers and having a flexible schedule if you aren't buying them when they first release.

Gotcha. Loading your wish list with 50 TD runs is key, and looking on the forums for runs if you can't get tickets through the system is good too. My challenge was I was only looking for full 10 ticket slots for my group, and we didn't get any of them for the run last year that had about half the runs as the other two.

I'm going to have to make sure next year I know where to find those ticket tracker links, I didn't even know they existed last year. Without them it's VERY hard to know which slots still have 10 tickets available, you have to just click on each one at a time. Can you remind me where they are, maybe I should add them to my favorites now. :)

Andrew's tracker is the one I used before finding this one.
