You can easily play all GC runs if you don't need all 10 tickets like Mike does.

This. I've never had any trouble getting a ticket for just myself to do one of each GC run in a PUG, I just add a bunch of tickets over a couple of consecutive days to my wishlist and enough make it through to my cart for me to get one of each run.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

I just want to say that the ticket counts in my index threads are not real time - they just show how many tickets were available the most recent time I updated the index. The primary intent of the threads is a convenience for people looking for tickets, whether that be in prearranged groups who already have them, or from the convention directly.

I update the threads when I can, but they are by no means real time, and should not be taken as such.

Pun incoming

We should get “Andrew’s Needle” as a token with all the thread stocking he does.

Pun executed

Seriously though, if you want to play more than one run of each TD with all 9 of your friends, don’t play at Gencon. If you want to play 2-3 times of each and include 3-6 of your friends on each of those runs? That can work! More partials though is more runs, and you get to make new friends!

Thanks, Andrew! Are there any TD run trackers that are updated in real time? When our wish list processes, it would be great to have a real-time tracker to show if there are any 10 slot runs available to fill any gaps we have. :)

To my knowledge, the only place to get true real-time ticket availability is the individual event detail pages on Gen Con's website. Even the event search page on gencon.com isn't up to date - there were many times leading up to the con this year where the search page would show TD as sold out, but individual detail pages would still show tickets open. I think that bug was new this year, but maybe I just haven't noticed in years past.

Thanks! That's what we did this year, but having to open each event one by one to see if they had 10 tickets available I'm sure had us missing out on some full slots, since that takes so long and they sold so fast. It is a shame that they modified the GENCON site so that it no longer says how many tickets are available without having to open up the event to see.
