I have a condo for sale at 5115 Ariana Ct, Indianapolis, IN 46227
it is just outside of 465 on the south side of Indy. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath. also, being a condo, you don't have to take care of the yard.

You should consider renting it out for the week, if you aren't living in it atm. Take partial payment in tokens?

I live on the near NW side of Indy, about a mile or so off 65. May be able to spot my couch/floor for a night or two.

Oh Yeah! It would be funny if it weren't so painfully true. After frightening my cats with loud expletives after the epic fail of GenCon housing, I booked off block for LOTS more, but at least I got one.

C'Mon, there is an adjacent train station to the ICC, when will there be frequent reliable trains from Cincy and Chicago?

I once refreshed too quickly, and lost a catch...

Eventually got the tickets to a Broadway show, but wound up having to pay almost $100 more... :pinch:

I was thinking (not for the first time) that they should have those guys try to go to GenCon.

And with housing over now just a few months till the horrid event scramble. Where me and all my friends load up TD, then start screaming over voice chat who got what and what sold out while others comb though the events looking for tickets that are open, all the while yelling what we did manage to get in other events.

Crazy as it sounds, I did a google search for downtown indianapolis real estate a few months ago for a laugh. There were condos not more than 5 blocks from ICC for as little as 500k.
