Not sure, it would also bump the Bard to 5th level...

If there was a 4th level version I would say sure but there is no way to not have the character 5th level with that so no.

I had been looking at the Shirt of Simplicity personally for a couple extra hp

It gives you more HP if you wear it. Just looking at the shirt doesn't really do much.

Using shirt of venomward. I honestly expect some of our builds to shift once we know better what to wear on the run (ie are rings of resistance worth it or not, and if the boots of lava walking versus boots of that prevent slips and falls). Dont have a lot of flexibility due to our restrictions but we do have some.

(I think Earcuff of Divination would work great here but no access to it)

(Debating Drow Raider necklace instead)

Wrists: Bracers of Fire Deflection
Hands: Gloves of the Dark Gnome
Melee Weapon: Dune Sword
Melee Offhand: Footman Shield
Missile Weapon: Heavy Crossbow
Back: Cloak of Alarm
Left Ring: Minor Ring of Will
Right Ring: Minor Ring of Fortitude
Waist: Girdle of Dwarven Health
Shirt: Shirt of Simplicity
Boots: Boots of the Drow
Charm 1: Charm of Avarice (assuming there is a spare i can borrow)

Ioun 1: Ioun Stone Copper Cube
Ioun 2: Ioun Stone Garnet Prism
Ioun 3: Ioun Stone Iridescent Sphere

Special 1: Lyre of Rage

Melee AC: 20

Ranged +Hit: 1
Ranged +Damage: 0
Ranged AC: 18

Fort: 4
Reflex: 5
Will: 8

Immune to surprise
Immune to toxic gas
-2 Damage fire
-1 Damage Shock
+4 save vs web
Negates blindness effect of sudden natural light
and can read/speak fey because i didn't have another earcuff

Instruments add either an additional +1 hit, or +2 melee damage

Think odds are we'll likely need the +1 to hit as a group if we're going to have any chance to pull this off. Obviously a good idea to bring both.
