i shoot for midnight, but i am a "poor working folk" also. since i have to be at work at midnight, i can't always shut down/close the auction. sometimes i can get the foreman to let me log on, or sometimes i can borrow someones wireless connection, and sometimes i get sent home because of no work. i also allow for time zone confusion.

does any of this help? =|

bidding closes in roughly 9 hours. =D

Well - it helps, but I was just pointing out that I (and maybe others) will be asleep hours before the auctions end - and might be unwilling to place a bid that someone staying up later (or in a western time zone) can snipe near the end of the auction. Maybe ending more like 9 PM eastern in the future? Your call of course, I just thought I'd chime in =)

you have a point, and i'll do this on future auctions. =)

this does however encourage you to submit the highest bid that you are willing to go.

roughly 2.5 hours to go.

When I used to run Diablo 2 auctions, I would set an end date . . . say June 2. One hour after the last bid on that date the auction ended. It may be the most fair way to run your auctions. But I want 10% of all auctions conducted in this way =D
