WOW!! Thank you all for your bids. I am waiting on verification of a bid to confirm but my calculations show that, as things stand, we have reached our goal of $8000!

As such I am FREEZING the auction. I'll will update this post as soon as I have verification. If we in fact are over $8000, as per the rules, the auction will close immediately. No further bids will be taken. All winning bidders will be notified and payment will be due.

If we do not reach the goal, I will unfreeze the auction with the recalculated and verified current winning bids, and we will continue until we reach $8000 funded, or the listed closing date and time, whichever comes first.

I am still waiting on verification from a bidder. If I do not hear back from them by Noon Eastern tomorrow Tuesday July 19th, I will recalculate and unfreeze the auction.

I want to be 100% transparent about the holdup. My desire was to verify an unusual bid from a bidder before I proceeded. After multiple attempts to reach the bidder via the only contact method I had (these forums), I was unsuccessful and was forced to cancel their bids and recalculate. While I hate doing this, it seems the most fair for everyone involved. I give all bidders 48 hours (the standard) amount of time to make payment after the auction closes, so I felt it appropriate to give this bidder 48 hours to respond from the moment the auction reached its goal. In-fact, I messaged them over 2 weeks ago about this without a response, so I have chosen to move forward.

The auction has been recalculated and we are only $103.50 from reaching our goal of $8000. If we reach $8000 before this coming Sunday's cut-off time it will close immediately and all winning bidders will be notified with payment expected within 48 hours. I will need to get the order in ASAP to take delivery of it before Gen Con. My desire to to deliver as much as possible at Gen Con.

Note that this auction can, and probably will reach it's goal and close at any time so if you want to bid DO IT NOW!!
