Raven wrote: But a literal Dark Knight with Special Sight makes me think some kind of NPC ... and Jeff has been known to dress up as an NPC in the past, to wander the storyscape and interact with players without them knowing.

Or it could be related to astronomy since we're already talking about Stars earlier... A dark NIGHT with special sight(s) ... maybe something special will happen in the storyscape on the night of the New Moon (Aug 1, 2019 03:12 UTC ... which is 11:12 PM in Indianapolis.)

Having something happen on Thursday evening sounds awfully early, tho.... Would people need to pull all 6 relic map fragments before that date/time? And what about all the treasure pull afterwards? Would they just be useless?
I really hope that's not the case.

Could be a Dark Knight appearing (on a dark night) with something special to show people who are present on the first. Maybe that would be the official beginning of a "special sight" or event?

And thanks for the clue explanation :)

Could be - but that line doesn’t fit the cadence of the poem if you put mystery in place of myst’ry.

I’m not reading anything into that other than if the word mystery had been present.

Have you looked it up in the TDb?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously.
Can we all please keep Hanlon's Razor in mind before making a comment?

Hmm, I kinda like that idea.
It's not unheard of that the Storyscape itself holds a clue which is only revealed at a certain time, or which tells people when/where to look for the next clue..
... which would make sense with the last line of the riddle "With time, that knowledge shall unfold"

And thanks for the clue explanation :)

But if the dots are teal... doesn't that mean we shouldn't trust them?

I guess there may be more coming ...

I am definite there is more coming, since the Riddle itself says so. With time, knowledge shall unfold.

So, knowing that, what else could "First" mean?
- A hint to look at the "first" of something (First page? First Relic? First post?)
- A heads-up that something is happening on August FIRST (Night of the New Moon / Dark Knight)
- A heads up that more clues are coming July FIRST (man, I hope I can check the forums early that day, just in case!)
- That we are missing a clue which appeared before the Relic Fragments? (ie, the first reference to a mystery relic in the QTR? ... but that had been discovered before Druegar painstakingly placed teal pixels in 'Enhance'... so probably something else)
- That Druegar is a glory hog and wanted to shout, "FIRST!" like someone who needs his insecurities catered to? Which is ridiculous because he's awesome, and no one that insecure could wield the Hammer of Crushed Dreams with such authority and style)

Maybe the clue was "ENHANCE" instead, and enhancing the image to find the teal dots leading to "first" was just a red/teal herring?

If they were a rouse, there would have been no reason for him to fix the image to make it 5 dots instead of 6.

As someone else who lives in Chicago, I feel obligated to point out that the flag has four stars, not three.

The note posted by Druegar also alludes to more information coming, but has a distinct pointer to something from the past - possibly something we have all missed so far. Takeaways from this are:
- Answers may come from exploring the unexpected (does this refer to finding the blue / teal dots in this note - or something more unexpected?)
- Examine the past to become closer to knowledge of the future - again, this could allude to an upcoming event, but there is historic data that helps clarify this. My feeling is that the "first" highlighted by the dots is where we will find knowledge of the future.

I get the sense that the past (first) in this case is some time back - so things like first relic, first transmute, etc. are all in play, however I wanted to throw out some more thoughts that first may refer to :
- E1 - the first dungeon of 2019
- 2016 dungeons - the first year of this story arc
- Lenses of Accuracy (2010) - the first lenses I can find in TDb

Just freewheeling here ...

Maybe it is instructions.

First Enhance

1. Enhance

I still think we are missing a clue that is already out there somewhere. Options I see it are the tokendb, the QTR (or another token guide), the forum, and the website. Yes it is possible elsewhere but I think it is somewhere we have easy access to.

I've been looking at the 1st page of the Electronic copy of the QTR. There is hidden text, but its nothing exciting:
