Yes that is my point. I person that put Bard as last also put Human Fighter as first, so I don't think your 5 man theory works.

Dwarf & Pally are cool abilities but both are restricted in utility - any AoE (or even target 2) and Taunt loses its edge; any non-melee attack and Guard is no longer viable.
