Usually they start some time around 7:00p Wednesday night and then go every 12 minutes as normal.

Yeah, GC has a pretty established history of starting at 7pm on Wednesday. At least it's been that way as far back as I can remember.

GHC is still fairly new. I think it comes down to logistics. How soon can they finish building the dungeon? They only have one this year, but they also have one less day than they get at GC. I think the other factor is volunteers. How will the GT runs impact the volunteer schedule? Obviously, they need all the DMs, NPCs, training and some coaches available to support the GT runs.

With the GT runs before the schedule runs it has been cool to have the last run of the day which allows volunteers to join in the run as they finish their shift.

I think the original poster was asking since GHC event tickets are going on sale in a couple weeks or so. The GC run, I believe, was confirmed to be Wednesday night - though, not the exact time. Historically, around 7p.

GHC is still TBD - my guess is the post was to plant a seed with Jeff and Lori to try and establish the time before July 1st. I'm excited to finally have a VIG badge for GHC so the 1st is definitely on my calendar!

With each convention, GenCon and GameholeCon, it is cool that volunteers can join on the last run of the day.

I've noticed that the GHC GT runs now officially state the run to be Curse of the Crimson Isle. Cool. It's a step in the right direction. Now we're just waiting on day/time info.

Honestly, I'll find a way to make it no matter what they decide. I just want to feel like it's an extra special run, especially given this is the 20th anniversary of TD. Everything this year should just be a touch more special. Let's start the hype!

Bumping this thread in hopes of a reply before next Saturday. It would be nice not to have to return GHC tickets that end up conflicting with the GT run. Knowing the day/time in advance would be appreciated. Thank you.

And for the runs not be added to the end of any day since it would disadvantage volunteers.

Last try before Sat. I promise. Any thoughts from tptb on when GHC GT runs will be held?

Dave, you might want to email Lori and/or Jeff and ask them directly and explain the urgency.

Since gameholecon does not refund but gives system credit for returned tickets an option might be to avoid getting any TD tickets within the first two and last two hours of everyday until a commitment is made on GT run times.
