+1 on all these, as they are getting pretty difficult to find.

The other two on your list yes, but +2 cloak? Nah...

And I'd bet Mike has some in his forum store to boot.

The +2 Cloak is easy enough to find, its just more expensive than I'd like to see.

It seems like a core set item... like the TD version of Disenchant.

Shield of the Scholar +1 to this

Gloves of the Brute & Gloves of Weapon Finesse, Still hoping for a +4 str gloves

Gloves of the Flying Fists w/ nerf & trade-in offer I hope these get a reprint, I hope we dont see another nerf/trade

Bracers of Supreme Archery - Im ok with this

Mad Evoker's Charm - Would be a great base item for the wizard legendary

Over all good list.

Agreed, a good list.

I would not expect a nerf of GotFF, given the Monk legendary in 2020.

Greater Holy Symbol might be a nice place to start for the Cleric legendary

MEC for the Wizard would be nice as well.

One of Mithral Gauntlets, Gloves of the Brute, or Gloves of Weapon Finesse

I don't think we've seen a reprint of an older UR that goes into an older legendary. Bracers of Supreme Archery would be the first. They were reprinted the year they went into a legendary.

Given Raphael's I might go for a reprint of Nighshade's +2 and/or Assassin's Crossbow (probably a bet early for the Crossbow).

I feel like next years flaming sword might have been the answer to that

I’ll admit that I meant that it wasn’t at a reasonable price, aside from Discount Dungeon. It doesn’t seem like and $8+ item.

Flaming sword is not nearly as good as the other two for a rogue.

I'm asking $3.99.

What price would you be willing to pay for a BiS rare.

It's the ability on Nightshade's that double sneak attack damage on crit that is being sought.

I don't want to derail this thread with a whole economics thing, so this will be my last post on this topic.

The cost of a new, random, token 10 pack from True Dungeon is $8.

If +2 Cloak of Resistance was in print, and you wanted a 50/50 chance of getting one from random packs, you'd need to buy 20 packs for $160.

Having a chase / BiS token cost within 20% of the cost of a single random pack is not bad at all - especially when it's 3 years out of print.

In Magic chase rares can easily hit 4x the cost of a pack or more while they are still in print, and 10x+ the cost of a pack once out of print.

On the other hand, if ~$8 is too much to pay for a given rare, I'd argue it's not needed for a reprint - keep the slot for something that might be worth $8 someday.

I'm aware, I just think between the flaming sword, mighty shortbow, and new lenses we may already have all the rogue weapons were getting for awhile.

Core set rare reprints are running like 10cents, per a google search for Shivan Dragon.

Ya but Shivan hasn't been remotely competitive for years, and its been reprinted to death. I don't think its a fair comparison.

Ya but Shivan hasn't been remotely competitive for years, and its been reprinted to death. I don't think its a fair comparison.

Royal assassin then? $1.30. I prefer the Disenchant example because its important to have and also cheap because its extremely frequently reprinted, but its a common so it doesn't hold up as well.

Since I haven't been big into magic for over a decade, pick which ever staple card has been reprinted 10+ times that is useful but is in a lot of decks. That is what the +2 Cloak of Resistance should be.

The fact it's 3.99 on Discount-Dungeon is a good sign. Honestly when making the recommendation, I just checked TD tavern and Trent Tokens, which is my bad for not checking more sites.
