I was starting conservative. I agree and think the HP degrade should definitely cause a real decision. Perhaps 5-8 points. Or even a percentage ideal even though the math on that would be tough on the coaches. Say 10% rounded down...so 84 HP would lose 8 points so final HP is 76.

Base though could be 5-8 points of a drop of HP.


I like the idea but as a coach, I worry about recording 9 people then get to the 10th person who wants to play that token and now I have to change everyone's damage on the party card.


I think it would only be for the sacrificing player's damage, not all players.

Necklace of the porcupine: add your melee damage bonus to your retribution damage (or maybe 1/2 your melee damage?)

Necklace of the Devil Rider: add your ranged damage bonus to your retribution damage.


While I love this, it may be too good.

Also, I'd like to be able to equip a new tonen and the amulet of thorns, though admittedly I'd replace if this became an option.

Some math was done on this last year, and if I remember correctly we quickly landed at +70 without trying too hard. Probably not a good idea to ever add.

I think it’s time for a +1 level transmute.

We’ve had the charming set, ring of fateful heroism, and cooks hat, over the past 4 years. It would be nice to be able to upgrade those to a transmuted level item

Seems OP when you compare it to Orion's Belt. Would probably be BIS for a good number of classes.

Would it be BiS for so many? I'm not great on BiS knowledge for builds other than Rogue so am genuinely curious, I'd have expected that Crown of Expertise and Blessed Redoubt Helm would still be pretty popular.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

The upgrade would need to be relic tier for a +1 level item I think, meaning it should either take at least 1 UR in the recipe or multiple years of treasure box only/completion tokens. A recipe that takes any URs that individually give +1 level and lock out a couple slots (hat, medallion, fateful ring) and yields a single slot that provides +1 level could be an interesting possibility.

Maybe earcuff instead of neck? Neck is used for class legendaries. Earcuff is also closer in power level to rings/charms.
