Given that most of the items that imbue psychic are not great on their own, and that there is a diminishing return from having to use a different power each time, I think it's fine.

I disagree with the first one because of the Ro7P. You cannot use the segments with the completed rod. Now it is possible that the Skull and Teeth will be different but I don't know that I would say that it is reasonable to expect something different when the example we have is contrary to that. Maybe you would and that is fine.

The Second one I would agree would be reasonable except that Jeff has said that it doesn't. Now of course he can change his mind. But I don't know know that is reasonable to expect him to. Maybe you would and that would be fine.

This thread got really long really fast. While I prefer a last second change of heart, I'm sort of getting resigned to the fact I'll have to transmute for 1 eldritch skull and then need to keep a set of teeth to go with the semi-lich skull. Wizard, Cleric and Druid builds will use the transmuted skull for the extra damage or healing and everyone else will use semi-lich for the extra hp. I can't say this surprises me, there were enough references along the way that this is where it might end up. I guess I'm just a dreamer in that regard.

Not entirely related to the current discussion, but with the Ro7P there was too much text to fit on the token so it was just left off. I love how clean that made it look. Any chance of that happening for the skull? Anyone getting one will know how to look up the tokendb entry and the skull doesn't even affect the party card (at least not compared to the Rod).

It slightly affects it as they mark down Psychic but I follow.
