Have something to say about 2022 Recipes? Say it here. This thread will probably be locked for discussion within a week. Not because I'm anticipating any inappropriate behavior (please don't prove me wrong), we just need to move on to other things.
Have you looked it up in the TDb?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously.
Can we all please keep Hanlon's Razor in mind before making a comment?

Thank you very much for reducing the amounts of Golden Fleece in the Relic and Legendary recipies.

The number of Minotaur Hide and Dwarven Steel seem fairly high considering they are the only transmutable tokens that are not craftable via treasure and can only be created via 10 pack token commons. These numbers might do well being reduced a small amount

Given that Aragonite, bismuth, and oil can be made from treasure, can we consider increasing Aragonite / bismuth / oil and dropping hide and / or steel? Like +1 Aragonite, +1 bismuth, +1 oil and , -7 Hide and -7 Steel?

Does it make sense to keep EM so low when Ink is used by healing potions / consumable buffs (zealot brew)? Perhaps add 2 or 3 EM and drop ink by 2 or 3?

Yes, I also wanted to comment this.
Also, I noticed something that seemed off with the recipes of the charm bracelets vs the ring of havoc. At BOTH transmute levels, the ring is more expensive (or the same) in every ingredient except dwarven steel at the legendary. Was it intentional to make the bracelets clearly easier/cheaper to make?
this is not a signature.

In the 2021 8k bundle, EM is about half of AI or MH.

5x EM is entirely doable by people with minimal amounts of transmuting ammunition.

I'm all for increasing Aragonite in recipes, as well as EB and OE in years when there are no 3/4 transmutes to eat them. +1 AR, +1 EB, +1 OE, -5 MH, --5 DS, +3 EM per relic, for instance.

If EM were to increase, it would be nice to see either ink or parchment drop in a corresponding level. For example, if Ink and Parchment are available in double the quantity of EM, adding 1 EM to a recipe should ideally reduce Ink and Parchment by 1, or one or the other by 2.

Looking at the 4* recipes:
Bead of Greater Binding seems very costly for the effect it gives and in comparison to past 4* transmutes. It's similar in materials to Gem of Last Hope and Enchanter's Whetstone for an effect that only triggers on consumable items.

I'd suggest the recipe be more in line with Master Drinker's Gloves from last year, which used 9 good spread among the same types that the Bead uses.

First, I very much like the changes made from the first pass. I think Philosopher's Stone is now more reasonable.

Second, I agree with the recommendations made above.

Overall, I don't think things are that far off. Just a few more adjustments and I think they look good.

I recommend increasing Golden Fleece or announcing a new monster bit transmute soon. VDT is awesome, but I am running out of room to store monster bits.

My opinion, which may be an outlier, is that playing TD should be a more important part of the the transmute process.

Please do not increase the EM requirements in recipes for 2022. Next year there is only a single 1pt and 3pt token for EM. There have been a 1, 3 and 6pt token for EM. increasing the EM in recipes will not match with what tokens are avaiable in 2022 treasure and boosters.
