Until someone on vacation who has no knowledge of this thread comes back, logs on and picks a slot currently full forcing someone else to pick a new slot. Sad that they aren't with their friends, they reach out and have their friends switch slots forcing others to move and so on and so forth. It would be interesting for future reference to see how many people actually get their preference.

Already ran into that. I was part of the 7p cst group and a number of the classes people requested had already been taken (including both options I hoped for). I might switch to another slot depending on how it all shakes out.

In theory it was good but with people outside the forums jumping in and claiming classes, it breaks up the parties.

FYI - for the 7p run, I went to select elf wizard or wizard and they weren't available. Because you have to pick a class once you reach that screen - I grabbed one of the ones nobody in our group had picked (fighter) as a stand-in until it all gets settled out.

A little of the same issue here, if you are okay with it Bill Krenson in the 7:12 run I picked Paladin since someone else picked Cleric. Are you okay with Monk?

Binia and Cranston are signed up for the 7:48 run. We selected Pally and Druid respectively, but are open to switching it up.

For sanity sake, I recommend people create threads for each time slot lest we end up with this thread hitting several hundred posts :)

Sorry to hear it didn't go perfectly, but happy that most of you seem to have gotten your preference. It was definitely a community effort.

Having trouble getting the ticket as my Patron Access seems to have disappeared - hopefully I can figure it out when I get home from work tonight and that all the slots at 8 aren’t gone

The recap (~2 hours post start of sale)
Cary, hopefully your access issue was resolved. Fred and Lord Brian, hopefully you ended up on a run with a class you want to play. I've heard so far that it went well for at least a couple of groups, possibly more.

Total
68 people expressed a preference in this thread.
66 tickets sold as of 1:53pm CDT

7:00pm - 10 preferred; 10 sold
7:12pm - 8 preferred; 9 sold
7:24pm - 10 preferred; 10 sold
7:36pm - 10 preferred; 10 sold
7:48pm - 7 preferred; 8 sold
8:00pm - 8 preferred; 7 sold
8:12pm - 6 preferred; 6 sold
8:24pm - 0 preferred; 0 sold
8:36pm - 4 preferred; 3 sold
8:48pm - 0 preferred; 0 sold
9:00pm - 4 preferred; 3 sold

It appears as if most of it went as planned, with a few exceptions, primarily with the 7:00pm and 7:12pm runs. I'm certain there are more patrons out that will likely select their run over the coming days.

Yes, I think a slot or two on the 7pm run got jump on by folks that didn't see forum post. I was driving and got off the highway as soon as I could to login about 10 past noon central. I did get in the 7pm run, but both Wizards were gone. Fred and I had signed up for those 2 classes and neither of us got them. I went ahead and signed up for Bard, which is fine. But I'm guessing a couple folk must have not gotten to sign up for the 7pm who signed up here.

That said overall it seemed to go pretty well.

Darn wizards, always causing problems.

Oh yeah, I usually play that class.

Dave, huge thanks to you for leading the organizational efforts. I know it didn't work perfectly, but had nobody done what you took the initiative to do, ticket buying would have gone way less smoothly!
