It is getting increasingly harder to get enough weapons and armor to make steels, hides, bismuths, and oils.

EB and OE are not hard to get. Their components come in treasure.

We have to remember not everyone get 23 treasure and some of these are targeting newer players.

I took the checkmark to mean that the complaint "Boaz's has less DS requirements (10) than the Relic Bead (15)" has been resolved and we can expect the next revision to feature different DS values for those two transmutes such that the Relic uses less than the Legendary.

Their components do indeed come in treasure, but when you do one, at most two runs of each dungeon, they are pretty hard to come by.

If you got lucky and got the goods at the absolute lowest price, you'd pay ~$40.

What are you pricing trophies at? In the latest auction EM went for $1.25 and MS went for $1.50. That would be a range of $25 - $30 for the TGs. It seems like monster trophies have been in the $5 range lately each, and 1K GP was $15 in the latest auction. That would put the price in the $40-$45 range. So, you have a point, doubling the trade goods might be too much. Going up 50% to any 30 might be good though. That would put the value at $52.50 to $60, which is right about what the pulls are selling for.

For Recipe 2, in the latest auction, that is a value of $27.50, which seems too low. Maybe the expectation is that by adding in recipe 2, the Aragonite, Elven Bismuth, and Oil of Enchantment prices will go back up. They could double their value and still be below where they were a few years ago.

It looks like adding Recipe 2 already boosted the value of Aragonite, Elven Bismuth and Oil of Enchantment. They've nearly doubled in value in the latest auction so far.

That makes an assumption that people bidding on those in the last auction saw recipe #2.
There may be other things influencing the price, including a convention coming up.
