It can be the “VI” set. V as in 5th level and i … um, meaning “myself.” It’s a very Jeff puzzle.

What level transmute are the Dragon Orbs? They look like they are a special category and being a 2022 recipe expire on Dec. 1st 2023.

If you're referring to the rarity, they're the almighty Paragon!

Not the orbs, but the Elder Orb of Dragonkind and the Eldest Orb of Dragonkind

Looks like the recipes got adjusted downward. I think they are fine. People can't keep arguing about the current costs of trade goods in a recipe because the costs change all the time. Every year they shift. Look at Surtr's, it has 16 DS and 18MH!! OMG that's a 10 year old Legendary that now has almost twice as much Steel and Hide as Boaz's!! It's all relative though. Legendaries never used to require UR's and when they started to oh man we're people saying the sky was falling and Token sales were doomed. Never happened. Every year the "costs" of Relic's and Legendaries go up and I think every year TD has a better year then the last. I'm betting last year was their best year ever and this year Token sales have been so strong they've had to create 20 more special GT's. If Token sales were floundering then I'd be concerned but it seems like the opposite which means the player base is still willing to spend cash on Tokens even if more are required for transmutes. Hard to argue against increases if they are having record Token sales.

Personally, with transmutes at this level of cost, I'm not interested in being on the relic/legendary transmutation treadmill anymore.

It mostly depends on the primary goal of these transmutes.

If it is to pull trade goods, agree with Rob F.

If it is to draw people to each new level, disagree.

Without knowing which, it's tough to make suggestions.

you must have a different copy than me because mine still shows relics at 20 DS and 10MH….for a relic.

My impression was that the primary goal of transmutes has always been to pull trade goods and other tokens out of circulation to prevent gluts.

Yeah, the DS and MH should be lower on Relic's vs. Legendaries.

And I'm "guessing" we will see more Steel/Hide in the treasure boxes.
