I missed the feedback on the original one, so here goes:
+2 Savage Sword: I don't know much about melee options, so nothing too interesting from me here.
Acherin's Biting Bow: Same, but ranged. Folks who know what they're talking about have had much more nuanced opinions.
Armor of the Ancients: This seems pretty cool. It's a nice, generically useful set of armor.
Bead of Shared Health: I like a new pseudo-hp synergy item. Balance-wise this seems fine, but probably won't displace most other beads that are out there. It is a fast follow up to harlax.
Belt of Beads: Based on the bead power levels, this kind of outclasses Orion's (a relic). It only gets better and better as you go up the upgrade chain. This, plus stronghold, plus marks, plus spirit pets is a ton of new slots and I feel like folks are having things they just recently got outclasses quickly. For example, there's the proposed +10 strength mythic belt. Will that compete with 5 beads? Based on iouns/charms...I *think* it might be outclasses already. If beads are more powerful, I'd love to see this be a slot where we have to make hard choices. If you see this as table-stakes for mythic, then it's probably better to be in the bracer slot and expandable through followers.
Boots of Defiance: I like this! It's a cool neat effect that might help get through room 7.
Bracelets of Bounding: This feels a little weak compared to older URs (Bracers of Supreme Archery) and I think Charm Bracers pretty much out classes it immediately too. Maybe +Dex and something else? +2 Dex and +2 something else?
Charm of the Ancients: Seems cool, I have no idea if this is good or not. I like the flexibility as part of a set.
Charm of the Trollform: Elf Wizards basically don't polymorph since there's not a lot of support for it. I know the Druids haven't been too excited about it, so I'd rather see something properly polymorphy that drops Elf. I think it's really good for druid identity to have the polymorph focus. Then elf can become more unique too.
Earcuff of Sage Spite: Really strong, but maybe okay since the slot is already highly contested?
Figurine of Power: Cat: Cool reprint
Gloves of Divine Touch: I like seeing another dividing ability. I'm not sure about slot/bonus. I'd defer to people that primarily play healers.
Greaves of the Stalwart: I like that this is back to DR. Still a little sad that it will ultimately replace the prior greaves right after release.
Ioun Stone Amethyst Prism: Seems fine, pretty straightforward.
Libram of Looting: Awesome reprint!
+2 Mystic Staff of the Ancients: This is a cool new weapon. Realistically, wizards still won't use it outside of HC since there's not enough INT to hit. I don't know about other classes.
Ring of the Ancients: Seems fine, but I'm not sure how interesting it is.
Rob of the Ancients: We've moved really far from a wizard robe. I totally understand if that's not a design goal for 2024, but if wizard robe is a design goal, this isn't it. prior discussion here (

). A few choice ideas, though there are plenty to work with.
Mad Evoker's Muumuu:
At the start of the game you may reduce your max HP by up to 10.
For every 2 HP reduced in this manner, gain +1 to spell damage.
Arcane Robe of the Ancients
+1 Focus and +1 CON. (Part of both sets, has this been done before?)
Wizard Crop Top of Coverage (if int will be converted to focus): +5 to Intelligence
Robe of Empowered Scrolls (Bard/Wizard): 1/game: Add your focus to a scroll
Robe of Expertise: 1x/game: Use a spell without marking it. Expertise Set (does something cool with re-use).
Evoker's Robe: +2 to hit with slide spells. +2 focus.
Troll Shield: This seems really cool. I don't know if the can't equip is a real downside though.
Wings of Wrath: I like the special effect. I know other people disliked that +damage was different from what the back slot normally is, but I thought that was a really cool tradeoff. It lets melee characters, especially barbarians lean into the "how much DPS do I want" side of things. How about +3 damage with 2H weapons and the special effect?
