We are going with a reprint of the Topaz Trilliant and then a Relic that hits other energy types...and finally a Legendary that allows -20 in Cold, Fire and Shock if they make both a Relic (twice) and Legendary. Otherwise, it is just -10 on some energy types. Oh, and we will put a limit of -20 on all DR vs energy type.

I'd suggest that if the DR cap is 20, the legendary itself shouldn't provide all 20.

I'd keep the DR to 10 on the Legendary so that Supreme Ring of Elemental Command and other DR tokens still have impact on DR.

Having a cap and having the cap fulfilled by one token seems bad to me, as it means no other tokens that provide the thing governed by the cap are likely to be desirable in the future.

I think jeff was implying you need the relic and legendary to hit -20, not just the legendary.

Yes...sorry. You'd need both the Relic and Legendary equipped to get to -20.
