Thanks, Raven!

Tonight's workout - 7.1 miles, stayed at MRP pretty much the whole way (8:30 pace), hill workout (ran up the California Incline three times).

Yes. We have to walk it to school... both ways... in the snow... and be thankful to do it!
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

Ha, now I know you are lying. People from California cease to exist if it snows. I saw it on the news.

We recently had a lot of rain and snow here - of course the snow was at higher elevations. Big skiing industry here in SoCal.

Ran last night. Interval workout: 4 X 7:30 minutes at hard pace followed by 2:30 at easy pace. Did about 1/2 warm-up and cool-down. Last interval was the fastest, under 7:00 minutes per mile pace. Little sore today!

Tmr - 18 miles!

Last night ran 75 minutes, a little faster than MRP. Did just over 9 miles, and included a bunch of hills.

I find that my speed per mile increases if I am being chased. We do a bunch of 5k's in the summer but no outside running in new england in the winter- we switch to snow shoeing

I'd like to try snowshoeing. Also interested in rollerskiis.

Interval workout tonight. About a 1/2 mile warm-up/cool down. 4 X 8:00 at 5K pace, tried to keep that at just under 7:00 per mile pace, with 2:00 recovery after each interval. This guy on a bike and I kept passing each other!
