For a second time my package was not scanned at departure out of St. Louis, nor arrival or departure out of Aurora. However, it did show up in Oak Creek this afternoon. Barring some overnight catastrophe, I should have it tomorrow before noon. It's too bad I couldn't just show up at Oak Creek and pick it up this afternoon. It's only a 15-20 minute drive. Still, this is a pleasant update.

My package actually made it all the way here to my city in Arizona and then made it all the way back to Springfield so it’s now in the Springfield post office. I guess we’ll see if it gets returned to True Dungeon or if it decides to come back out west

Mine arrived at STL, but didn’t get scanned when it left. Says it’s in transit.

And yesterday's joy has turned to much sadness. My package has now been sitting in Oak Creek for 16 hours. At less than 1 mph it could have been here by now. My dream of delivery today has been crushed. Does Druegar secretly work for USPS?

On a side note, the last time this happened was with V1a treasure. My package sat in Oak Creek for 3 days. Then it disappeared and turned up in Houston a week later. I opened a case and 2 days later had the package. I also had an issue with V4b treasure, but that time it disappeared into the St. Louis vortex. I only waited 5 days to open that case and had my package the next day. Lesson learned thus far? Complaining does yield results. I'm sure USPS would like me to just be patient, but that's not what they're teaching me.

My VTD tokens were originally scheduled for today, but they've been at the Indy Annex since yesterday morning. Hopefully, they'll make it tomorrow. My transmutes finally made it to Indy, for some reason USPS decided St. Louis-> Memphis->Cincinnati-> Indy was the optimal route.

Holy cow - tokens landed in LA last night. Delivery today is a possibility!

Awesome! I believe mine are out for delivery today as well, but I am in Indy. I hope you roll 00 back to back

And the joy is back! So, my package decided to bypass about a half dozen normal scans. It went from arriving in Oak Creek yesterday afternoon to Out for Delivery this morning. Wow, but a happy wow. Such a rollercoaster ride.

Washington Post article that just came out indicates we can look for higher postal rates this summer with first class stamps going from 55 cents to 58 cents.

This is all part of a 10 year plan
"DeJoy’s 10-year “Delivering for America” plan, announced in March, calls for longer delivery windows, shorter post office hours and fewer staff."

Hundreds of additional layoff notices went out this morning and package price increases will be announced in the coming weeks. So, I guess we have to get used to this level of service. It's not going away.

Once DeJoy is fired hopefully some of the damage he has done can be reversed.
