StL reminds me of the whirlpool at niagra falls. everything goes by/through there and randomly gets spit back out, and sometimes gets sucked back in.

yuck. That happened to me about a month ago. And then they didn't attempt to redeliver until the following Tuesday. I hope that doesn't happen to yours.

Edit: On my front, things are looking much better. Return tokens have reached my local distribution center (15 miles from my house) in less than 20 hours from being handed off in Carbondale. Due to it being the weekend I'll have to wait another 46 hours to get them, but its good to know they are close at hand. But it does prove that faster service is possible.

Same here, though 20 miles instead of 15.

Continuing to feel positive. My tokens are now sitting at my local PO about 0.5 miles from my house. Now I just need to wait another 26 hours or so until my normal delivery time tomorrow.

I would like to take a moment to thank USPS for a fast and efficient return shipment of my transmutes. I'm quick enough to criticize when they have issues, so I feel a need to also point out when things go well.

I also want to be clear that at no point do I blame the USPS workers. These are probably pretty much the same workers who provided consistently great service in the past. The pandemic is somewhat to blame, but I also blame more recent management decisions which have not kept up with the changing environment. If they blame larger volumes of mail, they need to get used to it. I think some of the changes in people's habits acquired during the pandemic will continue once it's ended. I'm sure the surge in mail will decline somewhat, but I doubt it will return to whatever the level was more than a year ago.

Curious if anyone else following this thread is still waiting for their 4b treasure. After re-entering the St Louis vortex and a few days of daily updates to "in transit, arriving late", there have been no updates at all since April 2. I was given a vague and useless reply by my local PO in response to the case I opened with USPS , and they closed it. I'm thinking of reaching out to TDHQ to see if they might open a case with USPS from their end on this.

Quick update on 4b treasure. It was delivered yesterday! Truly a Christmas miracle!!

Wow! I hope it was worth the wait.

Anyone who hasn't gotten 4b treasure yet, this is quite an extensive delay. The experience above offers some hope, but still.

I am no longer confident I will get my tokens in time. They shipped from Carbondale to St. Louis on their way to Los Angeles. Just saw the tracking information has them now in GREENVILLE, SC.

Gotta love the logic of whomever is moving my package. Let's show up to a business on a Saturday before 9AM and see if they are open. Nope. Okay we will wait till Monday. But we won't go Monday morning. No, we will wait......I at least I hope since I don't have an out for delivery update.

EDIT: Apparently I just needed to complain about here on the forums, because now it is delivered.
