This weight loss challenge sounds like such a motivating way to start the new year—props to you for organizing it! I joined a similar challenge last year, and it really helped me stay accountable. One thing that worked for me was finding high-protein snacks to curb cravings. I discovered goat protein powder during that time, and it was a total game-changer. It’s easier on my stomach than some other proteins, and I’d mix it into smoothies or oatmeal for a boost.

One funny moment: I tried making protein pancakes with it and totally underestimated how filling they’d be—couldn’t finish my stack!
