And I will sign your book, also. They have a photo I took and didn't give me credit for it. :|
I'll sign it for free - just so people will know who took that amazing photo. LOL!

People don't value things when they get them for free as much as if they have to pay for it. How about you charge an ectoplasm just so that your autograph isn't taken for granted. Then, since you don't want or need an ectoplasm, I could take it off your hands so your home dosen't fill with clutter.

Of course I'm serious. Numerous studies have shown it to be the case that people value less what they get for free than what they pay for. What you're not getting, in this case, is that you didn't get any of those tokens for free. You payed for them in terms of time and relationship points. If would only be truly free if any random person walking by at that point in time instead of you would have gotten them as well. Though, I guess for it to be truly free it would not require a geographical component..

Finished "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister" and now reading "Wicked". First one was really good and I'm enjoying Wicked now. I like the whole "tell it from another point of view" angle....interesting.

Maybe I should write a book about TD from my point of view.....nah, probably not a good idea!

Ha ha ha....

Lori

I will be interested what you think of "wicked". I love the musical but the book is supposedly much darker. I am a sucker for happy ending.

I only made it about halfway through Wicked - I found it very dry and dense. I know plenty of people who loved it, though. Just depends what kind of reading you like. I do love the musical, though.
