Its funny how something that takes multiple days to set up comes down in a few hours...

Yeah I finally got access to it, and I have to be there at 6, so I'll leave around 3, should put me getting there around 5:30. I could make it by 5 if I wanted to though.

I'm leaving today. As soon as I get my bags packed, even.

See everyone there!

Truck packing starts in 2 hours.

I still have 1 minor prop to finish building when I get home tonight. And guinea pig veggies to prep into ziploc bags so the friend feeding the 'kids' while I'm gone doesn't overstuff them. Oh, and laundry to finish, a seam on a costume to repair and I suppose I should try to get some of the dishes done so I can find the kitchen when I get home. I figured I wouldn't sleep tonight so I left myself so things to keep me busy and my mind off reality.

*little laugh* Yeah I can only imagine what my family will have to endure when the five cats realize that there staff. . . er human master *laughs unable to keep a straight face while saying that* is going to be gone for a week. They already killed my keyboard last night, don't ask, I can only imagine what I'll find when I return home. hehehehe

You know my cats know when we are going on a trip and they act funny a day before the suitcases come out...

What is it with cats and this extra sense of theirs?

You know its one of those things. Thousands of years ago cats were worshipped as gods by the Egyptians, and they've never forgotten.
There, now doesn't their attitude make sense? *little laugh*

The last time I packed for a trip, cat #2 got into my suitcase and dared me to take him out.

I have been home only about 3 days total so far this month. Between a class in the Smoky Mountains with Purdue and in the far west suburbs of Chicago seeing my new God Daughter, my cats are really really mad at me. They jump on my suitcases when I walk towards them. The youngest (4 years old) wont leave my side. When I went to campus today to buy my books for fall semester (which starts the day after Gen Con). and I came home a few hours later, he acted like I had been gone for ever. The other one is just sleeping inside my closet on my game bag all the time, so I cant even get to that without risk of getting bit, or finding a mouse body part in my bed...
